Rides

Friday and Saturday offer great guided rides to choose from! The first is a guided ride to the National WW II D Day Museum in the "Big Easy", New Orleans. This is a day ride with a tour lasting two and a half to three hours followed by lunch at their 40's style diner. Admission is $20.00 per person which includes admission, 4-D video, and parking. Fees must be paid in cash at registration desk. Limited spaces available each day.

Then there is a guided ride to the Global Wildlife Center where there are acres of exotic animals to see. A really cool place where you can get "nose to nose" with the giraffes! Admission is $16.00. These rides will depart from the University Center.

Please note that admission fees for these two rides must be paid in cash at sign up. This is to facilitate the entry of large groups into the sites.

Also, on Saturday for the early risers is the "Ham H.O.G Breakfast Run". This guided ride will depart from the University Center at 7:30am. The destination is Frank's in Praireville where breakfast is an institution!!

For those of you who would rather grab a map and hit the road we have many exciting points of interest to explore including food, food, food! Oh, did I mention the food!!
